Recently, I have read a book called which is writted by Hemingway.Though the novel talks about a very easy story of a old fisherman, I am greatly moved by his spirit.He let me understand that a person only have unremitting spirit can he succeed,What the novel is described is an old fisherman who is almost sixty years old go to fishing alone.After 84 days for getting nothing, he angled a big Malin fish.He has not seen such a big fish before which exceeds several times of his fishing boat.After struggling with the fish for two days and night, the old fisherman kills the Malin fish finally.However, the smell of the fish attract sharks vie for the food.Bravely as the old fisherman struggles with the sharks, the Malin fish is eaten up by the sharks.Finally, the old fisherman only takes back a bald framework.

世纪老人冰心曾说过：“读书好，好读书，读好书。”这是一句至理名言。之前读过苏霍姆林斯基的《给老师的一百条建议》，感觉受益匪浅，最近到到书店转了转，看到了郑杰老师的给《给教师的一百条新建议》，他在书的代序中很谦虚的说，不妨一读此书，这是一本无害的书。体看了一下书目，感觉不错，就读了读。
郑杰校长在文中提到一百条建议，每一条都让人受益匪浅，尤其是下面几条对我的启发更。
首先，教师要有静气。
有的人一身匠气，只知机械地干同样的事，干得毫无生气。他们眼中的工作，仅仅是要完成的任务，为了完成任务，只习惯于从过去的经验中去搜取营养，在这种消极态度下，人们形成了一种定势：凡事都可应付，只需照老规矩办就是了。有的人沾满俗气，或者叫市侩气，又叫小市民。他们遇事总先考虑自己的得与失，不斤斤计较一番，他绝不罢休。有的人躁气，这种毛病许多人都有，躁气就是浮躁之气，千起事来冒冒失失，想急于求成，没有多少事情能干到彻底，却急于表功，事情没有干完，就要评这许那。
教育是长期投资的事业，教师干的工作需要扎扎实实，点点滴滴，任何包装、宣传、炒作，都不能替代一天天熏陶，一本本作业，一句句话语。所以，教师要的是静气，就是要静下心来备每一堂课，静下心来批每一本作业，静下心来与每个孩子对话；静气就是要静下心来研究学问，静下心来读几本书，静下心来总结规律，静下心来思自己的言行和方式，以便最好地超越自己；静气就是要静得下来细细地品味与学生在一起的分分秒秒，乐趣自然在其中，生活的意义也在其中。静气才能平心，心一平，生活会是另外一番景致，工作也会是另外一番景致。
静下心来，受益的是学生，受益的是你身边的每一个人，而最终受益的是你自己。是呀，作为年轻教师，有的是满腔的热情和把事情做好的信念，但是要把工作做好，做精，的确需要静。需要静下心来备好每一堂课，批改每一本作业，读几本好书，总结一下自己的不足，细细品位与学生在一起的每分每秒，品尝作为老师的乐趣。何乐而不为呢？来，一起放飞心情吧！
其次，教师要学会做减法。
这一点其实与我们学校老师们口头上流行的要学会“偷懒”相似。那么，在重压之下，我们教师该如何正确偷懒，如何把减法做得更好呢？
减掉那些不合目的的劳动。教育目的是什么？这是做教师的首先应理清的。教师的目的在于促进孩子发展，这是教师目的的全部。一旦将其他目的掺杂其中，尤其将个人目的混入其间，则会带来无尽的苦痛。
减掉那些无效用的劳动。教师的劳动严格地说是脑力劳动，教育的智慧首先在于运用智慧减轻体力的劳作。如果我们静下心来思一下自己的一天，我们会恍然发现我们有许多事情白做了，有一些事情做下来却起了作用，我们为无效劳动付出了青春与心力的代价。
当然了，做减法先要做加法。在我们的头脑中加入知识，用知蚀修炼智慧；在心灵中加入理性，用理性指挥我们的躯体。人只有在克服了盲目和情绪化应之后，才能在繁琐的事务中找到一个支点，依靠这个支点，我们才能挥洒自如，游刃有余。还记得，当时教某班的时候，我对班上不完成作业的同学的要求是可以只完成一半或三分之一，但要自己认真完成。连续几天，这部分同学的作业都做了一半按时交了，我也都很满意，并在班里表扬了他们。课堂上，他们也听得认真了，不断受到老师们的表扬。“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”，当你用“加法”不奏效时，为什么不试一试“减法”呢？
再次，教师应享受生活。
不仅是教师，人作为人都应该享受生活。看到这一条我不仅想到，以前看到的一则报告，现在教师的平均年龄只有六十几岁，远远低于人口的平均年龄。有十分充足的证据证明，我们的许多先辈活的比我们幸福快乐，尽管我们已噪了饥荒，先人们没有，在我们今人看来祖先们简直生活在地狱之中，分析原因，我们现在人的工作压力太了。作为一名教师，每天有量的工作需要我们去完成，既然我们不能改变现在的生活，我们就要想方设法适应现在的生活，享受我们的生活。
作为一名教师，我们每天与孩子接触，班上不乏优秀的学生，聪明好学，讨老师喜欢，但也有调皮，不爱学习，经常跟别的同学打架，让老师头疼上火的学生。作为一名教师，只凭自己一己之力去捍卫学校这一块自由而悠闲的天地，我们甚至根本就没有权利阻碍质朴、而天真的孩子们的生活。他们不应过早的参与角斗，他们太过弱小，他们正处于做梦的年龄，请勿打扰。我们每天与孩子打交道，用心去爱我们的孩子，给他们平等受教育的权利。建立老师的威信，以诚相待，，尊重学生的选择，把思考的空间留给学生。当学生犯错时，耐心的批评教育，使他们认识到自己的错误。
张洁老师在书中指出，“对教师而言，享受胜过有着天生的有利条件。只要我们打开所有的感官。”孩子是天真无邪的，我们每天与最快乐的人打交道，享受我们的生活，我们就会童年常在。
最后，教师要有宽容精神。
宽容很不易，才成为一种美德。如果我们在教书时，只认了教科书和纲，却容不得半点质疑；如果我们只守着自己习惯的.教法，借助于习惯的手段和方式，拒绝一切新的想法和创意；如果我们听了某些宣传或说教，认为某种教育理论或政策就是惟一正确或惟一必须信守的，那么我们还是不宽容。
当面对每一个有个体差异的孩子们时，如果我们只以个人的眼光去取舍，唯偏爱那些乖孩子，排斥那些笨孩子、脏孩子、调皮的孩子、被父母遗弃的孩子，那么我们尚不具备宽容精神。我们在不知不觉中已迈入了一个多元化的世界，进入这个世界的资格就是具备宽容精神。宽容不易，才使宽容成为美德。
宽容不仅在面对异己时有用，对自己的着的人性而言，宽容意味着造福于自己。宽容会使我们挣脱身心的一切束缚，使我们每一天都很自由。陶行知先生忠告我们：“你的教鞭下有瓦特，你的冷眼里有牛顿，你的讥笑中有爱迪生。”让我们教师学会宽容，给学生多一点宽容，学生自己就会多一点自尊，多一点自省。宽容，是让学生感受到爱和友谊的先决条件，更是能令其健康成长的必要条件；同时宽容也会使我们教师处事变得更加理性，使自己的工作变智育中心为以人为中心，造就一种的教育、生动活泼的教育，这不正是现代教育所提倡的吗？
一百条建议，一百个法宝，似阳光，如雨露，滋润着我干涸的心田。从这本书中，我们可以读出人生哲理，教育智慧；而读出的更多是心灵的共鸣、灵魂的回音。作为一名平凡的教师，此书让我感动，更让我深思。但愿在此书指导下，我们能以一颗平静的心，宽容的精神，享受我们平凡而又不平凡的生活。

《学校英语老师教学指南》给我们介绍了各种最新的英语教学资源以及选择教学资源的原则。对唱曲、韵律诗、玩耍、故事等教学进行了特地的论述，并详细介绍了在英语教学中怎样使用新技术。而我对其中的歌曲、韵律诗这一方面最感爱好。由于在平常的教学中，对于这一方面，我自己也做了许多的'尝试。

通过学习，我认识到要上好英语课，我们教师非下苦工夫不可。，在教学中充分考虑英语的学科特点，小学生的心理特点，不同水平、不同爱好学生的学习需求，运用多种教学方法和手段，引导学生积极主动地学习，把握英语基础知识和基本技能，发展应用意识和创新意识，提高英语素养，形成积极的情感态度，尽快提高学生的英语水平，达到新课标的要求，今后应该努力做到以下几点：
一、反复学习新课程标准理念，深刻领会英语课程的要求
我要不折不扣地按照上级的要求，学习有关文件精神，准确把握新课程标准的理念、目标和内容，运用教育学和心理学理论，研究英语教学的规律，根据教学目标、学生的需要以及我校的客观条件，积极地、有创造性地探索有效的教学方法，同时加强文化修养，拓宽知识面，掌握现代教育技术，并能在实际教学中加以运用。
二、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围
学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩。消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果，而且会影响学生的'长远发展。因此，在英语教学中应该自始至终关注学生的情感，努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。为此英语教师要做到：

三、尽量采用”任务型”的教学途径，培养学生综合运用语言的能力
依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容，尽量设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点，内容和方式要尽量真实，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。促使学生获取、处理和使用信息，用英语与他人交流，发展用英语解决实际问题的能力，同时，积极鼓励学生把活动延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活之中。
通过这次小学英语新课程标准的学习，聆听同行们的经验交流，使我受益匪浅，并要求自己在今后的教学中做到与学生共成长，不断追求新的自我。我会不断充实自己并且及时总结和借鉴经验，使我校英语教学工作更上一层楼。

这都说明，你信任别人，别人会觉得很好，也会信任你;当两人互相信任，或者是更多的人互相信任，这个世界将是多么美好。
